Bon Appetit offers free shipping on most products nationwide. However, on orders below Rs. 500.00 a nominal cost will be levied.
What are the charges of shipping?
We offer free shipping in India on all the orders for cost above Rs 1000. Otherwise a shipping cost will be levied from you as shipping charges and that depends on your location and product. Please note that shipping charges are different from COD convenience fees.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
We aim to deliver most of our products within 5-7 business days in metro cities and 7-12 business days in other cities. However, in case of flight delay, bad weather, political disruption and other unexpected circumstances, delivery might take longer.
What to do if I find product package tampered with or opened upon delivery?
Please do not accept a tampered or opened package. Report the concern by simply visiting our Return/Replace page. We will immediately look into the matter and get back to you soon.

We’ve tie ups with many different courier partners. The courier company for your order is chosen depending on your particular location.
Do you ship products abroad?
Currently, we don’t deliver the products internationally. You can make your purchase from anywhere across the world, but the delivery address should be of India.
